We (Mr. Ernest & Mrs. Debra McMillan) thank Pryority Funeral Experience for their meticulous, professional, and loving care in the preparing of our daughter for her earthly resting place. The staff was exquisitely sharp, neat and clean, on time, with compassion, carrying and understanding during this time of our grief. Mrs. Almika Pryor was very personally and her professionalism, gentle sincerity, and kindness, as well as the staffs, were greatly appreciated. We want to also personally thank Catrina for the care and her professionalism in the meticulous and Beautiful makeup she did for our daughter to look peaceful and resting with the Lord. This was something that we were not prepared to have to do but it was make less stressful by everyone at Pryority Funeral Experience. The services were on Zoom for family and friends in Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Detroit, New York, Washington DC, San Francisco, and many other cities across the county. Everyone has had nothing but high praise and accolades for the staff and how professional, precise and beautiful everything was. I like to take the opportunity to sincerely thank Chuck and Almika Pryor and staff for the wonderful job they did with our oldest son funeral services. From the very beginning they were very professional, accommodating, genuine, caring, helpful, offered options, answered all of our questions. Going from the transition the final stage for services, Chuck and Almika Pryor and staff were right there when we needed them the most as this was a difficult time for our family. We felt like they were family to us! Ending our son’s going home celebration with a balloon release was and extra touch not only for the family, but everyone involved writing personal messages on the balloons. Last but not least, I would highly recommend Priority Funeral Experience to anyone who has lost a loved, leave it to the professionals Chuck and Almika Pryor will take car of your family.

Mika and Chuck we’re God sent. I had no clue how to coordinate a funeral and they guided me through everything. Mika was always available to help when things kept falling apart in my life 😩. My experience with Pryority Funeral Experience was more than amazing, exceptional, very well organized and respectful period. In the passing of my husband Richard Wigfall Sr. on March 10, 2019. Pryority did such an amazing job on the remains. They had my husband looking like the king he'll always be to me. The staff had such a pleasant personality and respect with and for me during my loss. The day of the service the entire staff were so professional. The services were very uniquely done. I thought most of the people that were there were ushers from the church. Come to find out it was a big quantity of Pryority’s Staff. I was so overwhelmed with the quality and professionalism of the service. It made my day so much easier to bare. The memorable gifts ( especially my throw) you presented me with, I'll forever cherish and forever be grateful for ! I have NEVER had such a positive and pleasant funeral experience until I met Chuck, his lovely wife and caring staff!!! I was introduced to Pryority Funeral Experience by a trusted family member and all I can say is WOW!!! Chuck thought of absolutely EVERYTHING which allowed me and my sisters to grief appropriately. There's nothing that he didn't think of- from breakfast the day of the funeral to the most intimate details of my mom's favorite quartet singing on her memorial video.
